It's not exactly "Where's Waldo?", but it was still fun

Now that summer is fading into autumn (Jackspeak for "Hockey season is about to begin, eh??"), I can look back and reflect on a season of many trips. I was pretty fortunate in that I was able to see Niagara Falls and the Grand Canyon, two places I never expected to see in my lifetime. I've been to five states, two national parks, one minor league baseball park, and four major league parks (it would have been five if the Twins had been in town when Susan and I were in the Twin Cities). All in all, it's been an interesting four months, but I'm frankly tired of hotel rooms. I'm turning into more of a homebody as I get older, and I'm coming to enjoy that. There really IS no place like home....

At my 20-year college reunion. My god, has it really been THAT long??

St. Paul, MN- where it all started....

Niagara Falls. Lesson learned here: never cross over to Canada if you're a foreign national and your paperwork isn't in order. The INS doesn't mess around.

Niagara Falls, Canada- All that rushing water, eh- I gotta pee....

Somewhere back in the pollution is the Grand Canyon. And yes, Grand doesn't begin to do it justice.

Grand Canyon, AZ- No, I will NOT take a step back....
