In case anyone was wondering, Napster was dealt what likely was the coup de grace yesterday. The sad thing is that no one really seems to care. Given the revolution that Shawn Fanning ignited, you'd think that someone out there would be giving Napster a eulogy. Instead, the news seemed to be greeted with a collective yawn. Napster? Yesterday's news, dude....
Of course, now that RIAA has the notch in it's holster it so desperately wanted, it's time to conquer new evildoers.
