Turducken -- chicken in duck in turkey -- inches into mainstream
I may have eaten everything else yesterday- I even experience Cajun fried turkey for the first time- but I have yet to experience Turducken. Apparently, this rare, wilely, and extremely difficult to catch bird is quite the delicacy. The Yankee in me is experiencing some difficulty in getting my head around this concept, but it IS the holiday season, and who I am to question local custom??
