Notice of Website Condemnation.

Dear Mr. Cluth,

This is to notify you that as of 7 November 2002 your web site, The People's Republic of Seabrook, has been condemned for the following reasons:

1. Lack/absence of profit-making elements (advertisements, sponsors, merchandise)
2. Stupid content
3. Questionable content
4. Irresponsible content
5. Incomprehensible content
6. Politically inappropriate content
7. Uninteresting content

Pursuant to the Federal Internet Regulation and Control Act of 1996, Regulation 15 Paragraphs 1-44, you have 30 days to remove this website from the Internet/World Wide Web. If you are found to be in non-compliance with this Condemnation Order after 7 December 2002 the Federal Internet Administration will use its lawful regulatory authority to compell your Internet Service Provider to remove this website. In addition, a fine of $1000.00 (One Thousand dollars US) per day may/will be imposed for every day this website is found to be in non-compliance with this order.

A copy of this notice must be posted prominently on your web site until you are deemed to be in compliance, or until the web site is removed.
