I just got back from my night in a sleep lab. I don't have much time to actually write about my experience (later...)- some of us have to go to work. Suffice it to say that I now know why I cannot get a good night's sleep- imagine having apnea episodes 54 times AN HOUR? Yep, that's me. Uncle Jack's a mess, kids, but at least there's a fix available.
Let's just say that I now understand how lab rats feel. Stay tuned, y'all....
