Shoeless Joe Jackson has been a pariah to Major League Baseball since the 1919 Black Sox Scandal. There are those who have argued for years that he is deserving of election to Baseball's Hall of Fame. If Pete Rose is reinstated, and if he is elected to the Hall, Jackson's supporters might just have an argument. Don't hold your breath on this one, though. It's likely going to be awhile before Jackson's case is addressed, much less resolved. That's OK, though; it's not as if Jackson is going anywhere.
