RIP Green Bay; we hardly knew ye

Falcons toss tradition and Packers aside: Atlanta 27, Green Bay 7

This one is for Michele. I feel her pain in the wake of her Packers losing, though I am at the same time gleefully dancing on the Packers' grave. Of course, the fact that most of my family happens to be Packer fans only adds to my glee. Yeah, yeah; my Vikings didn't even make the playoffs. They suck. Big deal. I knew that from day one of the preseason. No expectations, no disappointment, as they say. When you're a Vikings fan, there is ALWAYS next year.

When I drift off to sleep tonight, I will dream of thousands of discarded cheeseheads, tossed aside onto the frozen tundra of Lambeau Field. It will be a sweet slumber....
