Saddam Hussein's government does it, as does Tony Blair's. Even the Shrub Administration has been know to, well, if not prevaricate or propagandize, then certainly "modify" and "improve" on the truth. After all, what's a little creative propaganda amongst friends? Well, when the decision to go to war may hang in the balance, it's no small consideration.
Besides, we're only talking about 900 words here, right??
