Government sued for "snooping on sex sessions"
I'd buy this one, except for the part about secret bugs- unless, of course, MI5 had discovered that his girlfriend has a fetish for cigars and blue dresses.
LONDON (Reuters) - A man is suing the government for damages, claiming he has been forced to move house four times because security services are using secret bugs to eavesdrop on his sex sessions.
In a writ issued at the High Court and made public on Wednesday, Carl Bokuma accused the Home Office of violating his human rights and sought 150,000 pounds. He alleges that his home just north of London has been entered by police and MI5 agents and that they planted bugs in his TV and video to watch intimate acts between him and his pregnant girlfriend.
This, he said, had damaged his self-confidence, destroyed his career prospects and ruined his health.
The writ said he had already launched one unsuccessful High Court action in which he sought an anti-harassment order against the Home Office, London's police and its underground rail and bus services.
Hey, there's a war on, dude. D'ya think that the British goverment MIGHT be dealing with something just a wee bit more important than when and how you are doing the horizontal mambo? Get over yourself....
