Don't Send Flea, Tick Collars to Troops
Jeez, the next thing you know, soldiers will be warned not to run while carrying sharp objects, right? Actually, the warning is quite sensible: flea collars don't work on humans, and exposure to the active ingredient can lead to it being absorbed into the skin. The long-term effects haven't been researched, but I'm guessing they're not good.
