OK, the face lift is complete, and the early returns are in. Kibitzing seems to be sport of choice. Before anyone begins complaining about the changes that were made to TPRS, let me state that nothing was done without my consent, and that I am beyond happy with the end result. Robyn Pollman did a helluva job, she did exactly what I asked her to, and she did it professionally and in a timely fashion.
For those of you who feel it loads too slowly on a dialup connection, I use dialup and it loads just fine. (It just may be that your connection is pokey and/or your computer is just too damn old. Just a thought....)
I was faced with a couple of choices that both had pros and cons. I made the choice that I felt was the most appropriate, and Robyn took it from there. Personally, if Job One is to make your customer happy, Robyn has suceeded beyond my expectations. She came highly recommended, and I would certainly second that recommendation.
Change is good, although it is seldom without a downside. In this case, I like the fact that I have something that is unique and actually reflects something about me. It's nice to not look like everyone else (finally, after almost two years).
So, enjoy your stay (mi casa es su casa), but remember, the carpet and furniture are new, and I'd appreciate it if you'd refrain from spilling food or drink on them. Don't make me come after you.... ;o)
