Byron at Burnt Orange Report breaks the news that Howard Dean will be appearing at a campaign rally in Dallas tonight:
I'm still warming to the idea of Howard Dean. I have not heard him articulate what he is for, but it is very clear what he is against: Shrub and everything he stands for. That is certainly enough to attract my attention, but I want to hear Howard Dean tell me what he stands for and what his program is. Until (and unless) I hear that, I will remain squarely in the "Undecided" column.
