Gen. Clark Reportedly Is Asked to Join Dean
Passion and credibility. Not a bad combination if you can figure out how to use it to your advantage. The question, of course, is not so much whether Wesley Clark will become Howard Dean's running mate, but whether or not they can coexist.
Clark may in the end render all the speculation moot by announcing his own candidacy for the Presidency, but a Dean-Clark ticket does raise some interesting possibilities. They would certainly have a hell of a lot more to offer than another Bush-Cheney ticket.
