Half-naked, sword-bearing drunk raids school sports event

KOBE -- A half-naked drunk man armed with a sword entered an elementary school field during an autumn sports meeting and was immediately arrested by police officers patrolling the event.
Construction worker Kunihiko Fujii was half-naked and carried a Japanese-style sword in his short pants when he appeared at the Kishi Elementary School in Ono, Hyogo Prefecture, shortly after 10 a.m., Saturday.
Officers arrested him after parents alerted them, and nobody was injured. He has been charged with illegal possession of a weapon.
Fujii, 58, lives near the school, said officers who are questioning him about the motive for the incident.
What's a lonely, middle-aged man supposed to do for entertainment on a Saturday morning??
