It's not good news, but at least it's news

So now at least we know. Susan's lab test results came back yesterday, and she has (finally) officially been diagnosed with (drum roll, please)...Lyme Disease. At least we know what laid her flat, but it's not going to help her to get better anytime soon. She saw an ophthamologist on Tuesday who told her that her double vision will not clear up for 4-5 weeks. Apparently, this isn't just like getting over a cold.

Over the next few weeks, I am no doubt going to learn more about Lyme Disease than I really deserve to know. If anyone has some ideas on how to help someone with Lyme Disease, I would appreciate any advice you might have to offer. I'm out of my element here....
