Not everyone can be a winner, eh?

ESPN.com football ranking toasts and roasts college lightweights

I can laugh at this because my alma mater, Macalester College in St. Paul, MN, lost 54 straight games while I was a student there. In fact, Macalester held the NCAA all-division record for consecutive losses until Prairie View A&M came along and lost 88 in a row in the 1990's. Yes, bad football and I have a long and storied history. In my very first game as a high school freshman, my team lost 54-0 and the score was that low only because the opposing coach took pity on us. My teams lost early and often.

Hey, it's not all that bad. Someone has to be at the bottom of the pile, right? Give these teams credit- at least they're making an effort.
