You know, for a President who once professed to have no interest in nation-building, George W. Bush has certainly done an about-face. It's almost as if he has discovered that power corrupts, but absolute power is, well, kinda fun, really. So, for the next year we get to sit back and watch Bush remake the world in his own image?
