Yeah, this will convince the American electorate to vote Republican, eh?

Kerry Photo Shocker: Candidate Teamed Up With 'Hanoi' Jane Fonda

Hey, isn't that Brad Pitt sitting next to Fonda??

NewsMax calls this "the photograph Dems fear most". Say what?? So John Kerry was sitting near Jane Fonda. Hell, didn't most men want to get into Jane Fonda's pants in the 70s?? How is this proof of something sinister? It's not as if Kerry was standing next to Hanoi Jane at the North Vietnamese anti-aircraft gun....

Ok, so this wasn't in retrospect the brightest career move....

Could it be that Republicans know that they can't debate John Kerry on the issues, so resorting to character assassination and inuendo seems a viable option? Or is it just that they are too lazy and indolent to do anything except take the path of least resistance?

Look, I was at a pro-forest rally with Bill Clinton in Portland, OR, in 1993. That doesn't mean I'm going to stain a blue dress. Can we please talk about things that matter? Or would Republicans rather steer clear of the issues altogether? This is beyond silly....
