Well, the power hasn't gone out...yet. It's too soggy to try collecting two of everything. Worst of all, I'm home by myself, and there isn't even a hockey game on until 2pm. I'm coming down with a cold. I feel achy, cranky, and sniffly. Ah, God, I just LOVE the power of whining, don't you???
OK, so outside of the flash flood warnings, the tornado warnings, and the high wind alerts, it really is just another day in Paradise. It's just a good thing I wasn't planning on playing any golf today.
Now, if you don't mind, I'm going to curl up with a book and some tea. I'm guessing I'll last about 30 minutes- 45 tops- before I'm fast asleep on the couch.
Oops...remember what I said about the power not having gone out? Scratch that....
