Meet Brat, the cat I would love to kidnap (catnap?). He belongs to our next-door neighbor, and he's just about the cutest thing going. Of course, I must have caught him after a long night out, because he's not looking anything like the adorable friendly guy he is. In fairness, I should also mention that he is about as dumb as the day is long. Cute, but dumber than a box of hair. Still, a good personality makes up for a lot of other deficiencies in my book.
