Man throws woman off overpass, jumps to his death
Wouldn't you just LOVE to have been a fly on the rear window of this car? That must have been some conversation....
RICHARDSON -- Two people died today in a highway argument that ended when the man pulled the woman from their car, pushed her off an overpass into oncoming rush hour traffic and then jumped about 80 feet to his own death.
Witnesses told police the man and woman were seen arguing on the shoulder of the President George Bush Turnpike just north of Dallas, said Sgt. Kevin Perlich, a spokesman for the Richardson Police Department.
The man pulled the woman from their 2000 Mercedes, and while she struggled he pushed her off the side to traffic below on U.S. Highway 75, Perlich said.
The woman landed on the hood of a car, which carried her a short distance before she fell off and was hit by another car, Perlich said. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The man did not die immediately after his jump, Perlich said. He was taken to a hospital where he later died.
I have only two words of advice, though at this point the advice comes a bit too late: ANGER MANAGEMENT. 'Nuff said....
