Hey, it’s not like I want a lot of stuff for Christmas this year…in fact, I really only want one thing. I’m putting this out there early so y’all have plenty of time to plan…. ;0)
I don’t expect to see a bunch of packages with my name on them under the tree on Christmas morning. A set of keys is all I ask….

I’ll be passing the donation plate around shortly….

Oh, is it time to put the current F150 out to pasture? Heh.
I'd commend to you a Dodge, but they don't make 'em like mine anymore. I am very prejudiced -- I love the (discontinued) 318 c.i.d. engine dearly. Having said all that, I wonder why they also discontinued the iron-block V-10 in the truck. I guess an 8.0 liter small-block was just not "macho" enough.
I have a better idea. How about you keep the F-150, buy me something with working doors, and when I'm rich and famous I will buy you whatever you want. Sound good? Ok then, get on it.
OK, Adam...we might have a plan...and don't think I'm going to forget, either.... ;0)
I have no doubt that Adam will attain fame and fortune, so it's good that northstar has his offer in writing.
Dittos to The Other Sarah on her admiration of the Dodge "die hard" 318 V8. It is certainly one of the best engine designs ever.
My 1995 F150 started making funny noises a few years ago. My daughter asked if we should be worried about it. I replied, "No, that just the sound a Ford makes when it's paid for!"
