Jesus may vote Republican, but God is a Democrat. It appears that He is registered to vote in Florida.

I’ve always managed to disabuse myself of the notion that God is a Democrat. Personally, I’d always figured that he was far too busy with wars, famine, and pestilence to concern Himself with petty partisan politics. This is definitely enough to make me wonder, though (via QDB):

Of course, this would be the first time I’ve ever had reason to believe that anyone could ever seriously refer to Miami-Dade County as “God’s Country”….

Well, given that Jeanne is now doing a loop-de-loop in the Atlantic, it might be instructive to see where it goes next. :-)

Does this mean that you will no longer refer to W as the "Sainted" President?

BTW, I've stopped referring to Comrade Kerry as Comrade Kerry...

Or, let me at least state my sincere intent to stop referring to Candidate John Kerry as Comrade Kerry...
