Not everyone is caught up in the Red State/Blue State, “Us” vs. “Them” ugliness that has become post-electoral politics. ML actually has a proposal to meet somewhere in the middle. It’s an interesting idea, but keep in mind that, in politics, no good deed goes unpunished. One man’s olive branch is another’s kindling.
It would be a step in the right direction, though.
