Oh, those wacky Brits…
Wow, sometimes the stupidity comes in bits and pieces. Then again, as in the case of Prince Harry, sometimes the floodgates of stupidity are flung open, leaving us awash in a flood of human folly, ignorance, and poor judgement. Anyone need a towel?
Clarence House issued a statement in response to a photograph published on the front page of the Sun newspaper under the headline, “Harry the Nazi”.
It read: “Prince Harry has apologised for any offence or embarrassment he has caused. He realises it was a poor choice of costume.”
The Board of Deputies of British Jews said the costume was in “bad taste”.
You know, if you were to push a mustache on the kid, he’d bear a striking resemblance to…nah, how about we NOT go there, OK?
Someone really ought to sit the poor Prince down and explain the realities of the Battle of Britain to him. With any luck, he might just understand how terrifically offensive and tasteless his costume was. Then again, it’s quite possible that Harry is simply an unredeemable DUMB@$$. The British Royal Family seems to be blessed with more than it’s fair share.
