Modest Homeschooling Christian Clothing sewn by a Truly Custom Clothing Sewing Seamstress
Want to look like you just stepped off the Prairie Schooner? Do you yearn to dress in a way that make Amish women look positively sluttish? Are you dying to look fashionable- by 1874 Quaker standards? Are pilgrims your main fashion influence? Boy, have I got a deal for you….

Uh, Jack, this one would appear to be in bad taste. Looking at the pictures, the family would appear to be Mennonite, of the older order. Just as you would never dream of teeing off on traditional Orthodox Jews and their distinctive form of dress, I would hope that you might reconsider what appears to be a bit of religious intolerance on your part towards a Christian group.
"Are you Mennonite? No, we are not Mennonite nor raised Mennonite. However our second married daughter and her husband attend the Mennonite church he was raised in."
From a different page:
A modestly dressed lady will turn fewer men's heads. Not being provocative in dress will send a message of wholesomeness. Godly men appreciate a woman dressed modestly. They know Christ said, "That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart."
Matthew 5:28
"My husband has told me that men which attend church know this and it does bother them. They know, they have a personal battle with their eyes and thoughts; some even request prayer in men's prayer groups to help them over-come this personal battle. Yet they probably will not normally say so and they will not look your way as much, unless it is a single man looking for a Godly mate instead of a sensually motivated relationship."
My friend's husband's brother was visiting him when I dropped in to visit her. The guys were doing something in the yard or garage and didn't know I'd come by. They came into the house and we were introduced.
She told me later he was embarrassed because his forearms weren't covered when we met. I don't know what his religion was. But I've known a few that have had pretty strict dress codes.
