Hillary tries to emasculate the President! (via Jesus’ General)
There are those who believe that any tactic is fair game if it achieves the desired result. The means justifies the ends, as long as they win. It should come as no shock that these folks are Republicans.
This beauty was supposedly emailed to 133 delegates from the 2004 Republican convention:
Yesterday, Hillary Clinton and a mob of Senate Democrats came very close to emasculating our Commander in Chief when they attempted to take away one of his most powerful governing tools—the ability to destroy critics by betraying intelligence agents and leaking classified information.
Although Senate Republicans were able to defeat the Democratic amendment, a provision that would have revoked security clearances for those who betray secrets, Hillary and her treacherous colleagues are sure to try it again. Next time, they may be successful.
That’s why we need you to contact your Senator and tell him or her that you support the Administration’s right to leak classified intelligence information. Please copy the text below and send it in an email to your Senator, today.
Because all is fair in love, war, and politics- and character assassination should ALWAYS be an available option….

I love how you use Hillary as an icon of good American Politics as you bash Rove.
If Rove broke any laws the whole world would know, because he is too big of a target. You should lay of the propaganda and maybe critisize real threats to America: ie. Terrorism, and Government take over of personal property.
Thank you I enjoy the debate!
"This beauty was supposedly emailed to 133 delegates from the 2004 Republican convention."
It's quite unlikely that this was emailed or blogged to anyone other than democrats, and I suspect that Northstar is smart enough to know that.
"Because all is fair in love, war, and politics- and character assassination should ALWAYS be an available optionÖ"
Unfortunately, character assassination seems to be the __only__ option for the democrat party, who in my opinion, very poorly represent progressive ideals.
If these folks actually want to win some elections, they need to get back to basics and run an electable candidate that can sincerely articulate the philosophy of their party (Like Howard Dean.) It's a shame that Senator Clinton only meets one of those criteria.
That's why I used "supposedly", Bob....
You spread stuff like this as though it were true and then hide behind "supposedly"? Pretty weak, in fact downright embarassing...
There ARE good points to debate about the GOP, why do you feel compelled to spread falsities instead?
You accuse us of character assassinations and just linked to a domain called comradeclinton.com. That's not just a little hypocritical.
BTW, you are a member of the Republican Party.. I am a member of the DemocratIC Party. You refuse to even refer to our party properly.
Thank you Kit, I'll correct my future references to the Democratic party.
My link to comradeclinton.com is not hypocritical, it's realistic. It is the nicest thing I have to say about Ms. Clinton after reading It Takes a Village." I'm hoping that my investment in the domain name pays off.
BTW, I'm not a Republican.
Bob, I made the inference that you were a Republican since I frequently hear Republicans calling the Democratic Party the Democrat Party. It's just one of my pet peeves. I apologize.
No need for apologies. I do sound like a Republican sometimes.
