Bush set to name Supreme Court nominee
It appears that Our Glorious Leader will be nominating Judge Samual Alito, a justice on the 3rd Circuit Appeals Court in Philadelphia, as his nominee to replace Sandra Day O’Connor. If ANYONE out there harbored any doubt that Our Glorious Leader has Roe v. Wade squarely in his crosshairs, this nomination should obliterate any lingering doubts. What else should you reasonably expect from a man whose nickname on the bench is “Scalito” (“little Scalia”)?
Conservatives will no doubt be much happier with Alito’s nomination. First of all, there is a copious judicial record that can be parsed to the nth degree and dissected in the search for meaning and indications of Alito’s judicial philosophy. Then there is Alito’s demonstrable and documentable Conservatism. Clearly, this man could reasonably and faily be categorized as a True Believer, and is both ideologically reliable and a known quantity, unlike Harriet Miers.
I know next to nothing about Samuel Alito, and before I open fire, I need to do my research. I will say, however, that what little I know about the man’s philosophy and judicial record hardly inspires confidence.
If there had been any doubt about the state of Our Glorious Leader’s war on women, rest assured that it appears that the war is alive and well and moving full speed ahead. Time to turn back the clock, y’all….
