The Koufax Awards 2005: Best state and local blogs (apologies to Dorothy Parker)
I’m not in this for the nookie, but it’s always good to be recognized, so it was with fair amount of surprise and happiness that I discovered that TPRS has been nominated for a 2005 Koufax Award in the “Best local and state blogs” category. I have no illusions that TPRS will actually win anything, but I am honored to be in some VERY talented company. For me, the validation of the nomination goes a long way. (THEY LIKE ME!! THEY REALLY LIKE ME!!)

And, of course, from the “Any publicity is good publicity department”, this dickweed (and no, I’m not going to dignify him by stating his name) really has some major issues with me. Hey, if I’ve got a problem with someone, or if I think they’re a complete maroon, I ignore them. End of story. No muss, no fuss…and that way I can deal with things and people who I feel are actually worthy of my attention. This fool, for whatever reason, actually seems to think that I care what such a small mind thinks of me. Thanks for the link, bro’…you can say whatever you choose, because your opinion of me is worthless. The only reason I even notice is because of the traffic you send me. In the meantime, get over yourself, already….

Let's see, you've now called me a "dickweed" and concluded that calling me an "asshole" would be an understatement.
All I've done is point out that you were wrong, with evidence, and that the cartoon you liked so much strongly suggested support for the homosexual rape of prisoners by authority figures. Then, after denying that was what was implied, you now put up a post indicating that you know full well what was implied.
If I'm not worthy of your attention, why are you bothering to respond?
