Johnson reaches out in victory: Nominee asks McKinney’s support after lopsided win
Lest I forget, Joe Lieberman wasn’t the only batshit-insane Democratic incumbent to suffer a primary defeat yesterday. Late-night television’s favorite wack job and former (some would argue current) DUMB@$$ AWARD wiener, Rep. Cynthia McKinney (D-GA), whom her opponent referred to as “an embarrassment”, also took it in the shorts. Figuratively speaking, of course.
The notable thing about McKinney’s concession speech, in addition to blaming the hobgoblins of “electronic voting machines”, was her singing…something no Congressperson should be alloweds to do EVER. UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. PERIOD. NO EXCEPTIONS. Talk about embarrassments, eh?
Man, the woman is cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs, no?
