How to make DUMB@$$E$ look like nuclear physicists

New O’Reilly Book: Osama Bin Laden Supports American Progressives

Bill O’Reilly Calls Himself ‘T-Warrior’….The Culture War: No-Spinmeister Divides America Into Two Camps

Who do you think Osama Bin Laden supports in the American culture war: the traditionalists or the secular-progressives?….[T]hink about what I am about to put forth: From his hideout somewhere in the Mulism world, Osama bin Laden and his coheorts have got to be cheering on the S-P [secular-progressive] movement….

It never ceases to amaze me how someone like former DUMB@$$ AWARS wiener Bill O’Reilly can make anything resembling a living out of spewing ignorace, hatred, and egomaniacal crap. Operating in a world where bombast is a serviceable substitute for truth, and where shouting down adversaries passes for informed, reasoned debate, O’Reilly has managed to carve out a lucrative niche as a Right-wing guardian of his version of “truth, justice, and the American Way.” That O’Reilly makes millions filling the minds of the uninformed and anti-intellectual with half-truths, misinformation, and outright lies sshould hardly come as a shock to any thinking person.

Now O’Reilly is trying to convince his knuckle-dragging acolytes that Osama bin-Laden is a Democrat, and that he actively supports Liberals…for the simple reason that both “hate America”. By O’Reilly’s way of thinking, “hating America” can be used to describe any thought or action that doesn’t reflect absolute, unthinking knee-jerk support of Republicans, Republcan causes, and Our Glorious and Benevolent Leader.

I don’t hate America. What I do hate is what dishonest intellectual thugs like O’Reilly have done to this country in the name of greed, ego, and flat-out ignorance. How does the hate-filled ignorance and narrow-minded crap spewed by O’Reilly represent anything of what makes this country great? It doesn’t, of course, but too many sheeple prefer anger and reaction to rational thought. Yes, it’s easier to demonize your adversaries than it is to recognize that we’re all in this together. Anger and hatred are easy. Rational, intelligent though requires mental muscles most Americans haven’t used in, like, forever.

WE DESERVE BETTER.
