Lest I forget, congratulations are definitely in order to my stepson, Adam, who was just hired as an intern at the Human Rights Campaign in Washington, DC. Adam will be in his element- politics and government, and I couldn’t happier for or prouder of him. Nice going! It ought to be an interesting experience- a straight person working for an organization that works for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender rights. Then again, I suppose that is what human rights is all about, eh?
