It's time for a President with set of cojones and a grip on reality

New Clark Book on the Way

ABC News’ Teddy Davis Reports: Continuing the symbiotic relationship between book launches and White House bids, Palgrave Macmillan recently announced that it has acquired the rights to “American Son,” Gen. Wesley Clark’s next book and possible vehicle for a second presidential run. “America’s Son,” which is slated for a fall 2007 release, promises to offer a “groundbreaking vision for America’s future” as well as a “personal account” of the military events that have shaped the world view of the four-star general who served as NATO’s Supreme Allied Commander.

You’re going to be hearing me beating this drum a lot, so you might as well get used to it. Democrats should pay heed, though: if you’re looking for a candidate who’s a solid Democrat, is nobody’s wooly-headed Librul, and whose military service makes Our Glorious and Benevolent Leader looks like it’s time to change his diapers…you need look no farther than Gen. Wesley Clark. When it comes to military and security issues, Our Glorious and Benevolent Leader couldn’t hold Clark’s jock.

While the political world is currently agog over Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, it might be a good idea to consider someone with some actual leadership experience.

I wonder how long it would take before Our Glorious and Benevolent Leader’s Swift Boat proxies to put their smear machine in gear in an effort to trash his service record?
