Gore’s son arrested on drug charges in California
LAGUNA NIGUEL, Calif. ‚Äö√Ñ√Æ Al Gore’s son was arrested early today on suspicion of possessing marijuana and prescription drugs after deputies pulled him over for speeding, authorities said.Al Gore III, 24, was driving a blue Toyota Prius about 100 mph on the San Diego Freeway when he was pulled over at about 2:15 a.m., Sheriff’s Department spokesman Jim Amormino said.
Yeah, sure, a former Vice President’s son was busted for speeding and drug possession…yadayadayada…. Here’s what really stuns me, though: who knew that a Prius could even hit 100 MPH??
And if Al Gore III was high and driving while stupid, at least he was doing it in a hybrid, eh? Talking about going green….
