I gotta wonder who the arresting officer pissed off in order to receive the assignment of sitting in an airport bathroom for long periods of time, waiting to be hit on. (My best guess is that he ate the chief's last Krispy Kreme.)
I don't like public restrooms in the first place, and I certainly wouldn't want to be propositioned while I was using one. However, I'm sure that I could handle such a situation just fine without the help of law enforcement.
If deterring "lewd behavior" is so important, placing a cop in plain view would be far more effective. He could also remind folks to wash their hands before they leave.
