You know the old saw about never going grocery shopping while you’re hungry? Well, it’s REALLY not a good idea to go to a Whole Foods Market when you’re hungry. It’s truly amazing what you can leave that place with when you just finished working out and you’re STARVING. It’s not like I spent a lot of money, but when I got home I was really rather surprised at what I’d purchased- salmon jerky?
Next time I want to drop a bunch of money on groceries, at least I know where to do it. I think I’ll be sure to eat first, though.
