Bush, Sen. Clinton top ‘most admired’ list

President Bush and Democratic presidential candidate Sen Hillary Rodham Clinton again top Gallup’s annual list of “most admired” men and women, the pollsters just announced…. Bush’s support this year, though — he was the choice of 10% of 1,011 Americans polled — was the lowest since he took office and just 2 percentage points above the No. 2 choice, former president Bill Clinton. Bush peaked at 39% in December 2001. Last year he was at 13%.

The amazing thing, I suppose, is that there are actually 10% of the American sheeple out there whose standards are so low as to still think that Our Glorious and Benevolent Leader © is and admirable person. I can understand Sen. Clinton, though I have some issues with her selection, but that’s a topic for another time. Right now, I’m just trying to figure out how one of every ten Americans can be so clueless, undemanding, and ignorant of reality that they STILL think The Worst President EVER © is someone they can look up to. Jeebus, sometimes I wonder if these folks would even budge the needle if you hooked them up to an EEG. And should these people even be allowed to vote? I mean, if you’re do whatever the voices tell you to do and if you completely ignore abject reality, should you even have the right to participare in the democratic process?
So, being a lying, murdering Dominionist theocrat with an inability to speak in complete, coherent sentences is admirable? Man, we really do have exactly the quality of leadership we deserve, don’t we??
