During today's press gaggle, reporters pressed White House Spokeswoman Dana Perino about President Bush's comments implying that Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL) and Democrats favor a policy of appeasement toward terrorists. Perino denied that Bush was taking aim directly at Obama, stating that presidential candidates often believe "the world revolves around you."
It's become a tired and stale ritual in the White House Press Room. Herds of horn-dog male reporters show up for press conferences, hoping against hope that Press Secretary Dana Perino will make their day and work the pole for them. Sadly, Perino always manages to quickly and icily dash these hopes as she actually tries to conduct an honest-to-God press briefing in a sober grey suit. Yeah, right; like anyone in the press corps even cares about what she has to say at this point in the Bush Administration.
Sorry, y'all; I realize that your never-ending and unrequited search for naked pictures of Dana Perino might have directed you here, and I hate to be the one to disappoint you, but there it is. Besides, with her scripted, hackneyed, and half-baked defense of Our Glorious and Benevolent Leader's © calumny, once she opens her mouth the spell's broken.
