Today on "The Dumbest (&^%$#@ Human Being On The Face Of The Planet"....

Speaking to reporters about the situation in Georgia, Sen. John McCain denounced the aggressive posture of Russia by claiming that:"in the 21st century nations don't invade other nations."

Wow...and this maroon thinks he deserves to be President? Unless, I'm missing something here, we invaded both Iraq AND Afghanistan in the 21st century. Does John McCain seriously believe that what we did was NOT an invasion of sovereign nations? Or is he just too stupid to understand that empty rhetoric backed by specious and ridiculous arguments merely proves that he's an empty suit who will say whatever pops into his pointy li'l haid if he thinks it will get him elected President?

From a purely diplomatic standpoint, how is any foreign leader to be expected to take an American President seriously when he insists that "in the 21st century nations don't invade other nations"...when we currently occupy TWO sovereign nations? Then again, McCain may seriously believe in the "do as I do, not as I say" school of diplomacy...or that the mere act of pushing words out of his mouth ipso facto makes them the Truth.

Either McCain seriously buys into what he's selling...or he just doesn't care. After all, this isn't the first time he's demonstrated the willingness and the ability to say whatever he needs to, no matter how ridiculous and/or nonsensical, in order to win votes. And then he and his campaign have the balls to accuse Barack Obama of flip-flopping?? And wasn't John McCain the same man who promised that his campaign would stay on the high road? Perhaps that was before he and his thugs surrogates realized that there was no way they could complete with Obama on the issues. Now you hear Obama accused of being un-American, of hating the troops, of being a celebrity...and it's only August. How long before we discover that Obama's being "swift boated"? Oh, wait...it's already begun....

What I find truly amazing is that ANY lucid American (and if 2000 and 2004 proves anything, there are damn few of those) could look at John McCain and find ANYTHING worth voting for. The reality is that McCain and his surrogates will do whatever it takes to win. If they have to convince the American Sheeple that Barack Obama buggers goats in his free time...well, just wait for the television ads....

WE DESERVE BETTER....
