During the October 8 broadcast of KTLK's The Chris Baker Show, Perry asked: "What about diseases that are eminently treatable and you can live with for a long, long time quite healthily if you just get some basic drugs?" Baker interjected, "like Magic Johnson," to which Perry replied, "Like Magic with his faked AIDS." After Baker asked, "You think Magic faked AIDS for sympathy?" Perry stated, "I'm convinced that Magic faked AIDS." Baker replied, "Yeah, me too." Perry added: "It falls apart when you get into motivation. I'm not sure why, but I'm pretty sure he faked AIDS. ... Cause he's the only cured AIDS guy ever."
It may be a bit early to cast your vote for the 2008 Asshole of the Year, but I'm thinking that we may have just found ourselves a wiener...or in this case, co-wieners. Where these two hairballs get off even thinking in these terms- much less giving voice to such astonishing, mind-numbing ignorance- is something no rational intellect could possibly hope to comprehend. The complete and utter lack of compassion and decency is something I naively believed might be a thing of the past. After all, HIV/AIDS has been around long enough for people to understand that it's not a "gay disease"...right? Eh, apparently not.

Where to start with this sort of human trash? And how is it that they're still gainfully employed and able to spew this sort of insulting, hateful nonsense on a radio show? The fact that both of these @$$wipes still have a job is indicative of the sad reality that their employers actually condone what the hate and ignorance being spread by Baker and Perry. Yes, the silence of those who sign the paychecks for these two ignorant @$$holes can and should be taken as complicity and tacit approval of the message. How disgusting....
And it's not as if this is Baker's first rodeo. The rant about Magic Johnson faking HIV/AIDS is merely the third leg of an impressive trifecta of astonishing ignorance and hatred. Prior to his classic Magic Johnson rant, he'd managed to refer to Barack Obama as a "little bitch", and he's also been promoting a video that refers to Obama's mother as "trash". Hmm...methinks perhaps Baker and perry could stand a refresher course in the Golden Rule, and perhaps some hard time in an HIV/AIDS ward might be in order as well. Beyond that, I hope that both of these asshats rot in the Hell they so richly deserve. If there's any justice in this world, their employers will join them there.
