New research shows that, in men, the brain areas associated with handling tools and the intention to perform actions light up when viewing images of women in bikinis.... Although consistent with conventional wisdom, the way that men may depersonalize sexual images of women is not entirely something they control. In fact, it's a byproduct of human evolution, experts say. The first male humans had an incentive to seek fertile women as the means of spreading their genes.
Men dig hot women in bikinis!! Yeah, who knew? OK, so I get the whole biological imperative thing- it's not just about getting laid, it's about spreading your seed, right? Well, speak for yourself, cowboy. I'll own up to the truth- it's about getting laid...and I'm not about to apologize for being a highly sexual person. I like sex. It's fun- actually, it's the most fun you can have with your clothes off. It feels good. And, if you do it right, no one gets hurt...unless you're into that sort of thing, of course. ;-)Time for another visit from Captain Obvious, eh? Hey, guess what??
I'll also own up to the undeniable fact that I like hot women in bikinis...or in less than bikinis if they're so inclined. Not that I'm about to complain about She Who Hung The Moon © in that regard...nosiree, not by a long shot...but appreciating attractiveness in the opposite sex really only means that you're not dead. Like my daddy used to tell me, there ain't nuthin' wrong with doin' a wee bit o' window shopping. It's when you walk into the store and take your money out of your wallet that the problems start. It's possible to appreciate and being attracted to a hot, scantily clad woman without it going any farther than that. I work hard not to put myself into positions that might potentially be troublesome or compromising, but that doesn't mean I don't occasionally find my head turning when an attractive woman walks by. Hey, I'm a man...and yes, men are pigs. Not exactly breaking news, but there you have it, eh?
And I didn't even need a Ph.D. to figure that one out.... ;-)
