Today's signs that the Apocalypse is upon us

....Pentagon admits Afghan gas is $400/gallon. Man, filling up my Hummer is gonna cost me a freakin' fortune. ;-)

....George H.W. Bush Rips Maddow, Olbermann: They Are "Sick Puppies". Uh, so using facts to back up your arguments is a bad thing in CONservative World? What is Bush so afraid of...that people might realize how morally bankrupt and just plain wrong Republicans are?

....TSA 'takes baby from mother'. Well, the kid was over the 3.4 ounce limit....

....Obama rips health insurance lobby as 'deceptive,' 'dishonest,' 'bogus.'. Man, and I was beginning to wonder if the President even had a functional pair of cojones. Will wonders never cease?

....Sarah Palin's Ratings Plummet To All-Time Low. When you have nothing to offer but winks, and pithy, overly simplistic observations, what else can you reasonably expect?

....Trying to make a name for yourself in Hollywood? Might I suggest a sex scandal?

....Orly Taitz, Master Attorney. If I'm trial for first degree murder, and Taitz was my attorney, I think I'd just skip all the fuss and put the needle in my arm.

....Glenn Beck Sees a Communist Under Every Rock. Joe McCarthy may be dead, but it appears Glenn Beck has been possessed by his spirit. Why traffic in facts, when outrageous accusations and fear-mongering will get you far more viewers? Truth? That's for losers and Liberals.

....Exclusive: I Helped Richard Heene Plan a Balloon Hoax. Ah, self-promotion at it's finest.

....And you thought that Rush Limbaugh was going to go away quietly after his failed attempt to become a limited partner in a group trying to buy the St. Louis Rams? Silly wabbit. Of course he's not going away quietly. He's going to whine all the way to the bank.
