It's Christmas. We're in the throes of the worst recession most of us have known. Instead of diving headlong into shopping for gifts, this might just be a good time to think about how we got to where we are and where we go from here. If we want things to change, perhaps we need to change. If we keep doing the same things we've always done, can we really claim to be surprised when we get the same results?
