Given how many times the bank has unilaterally changed the terms of credit card agreements, you could reasonably argue that you never agreed to the terms that currently exist. Perhaps if enough of us stand up and scream "HELL, NO!!", the big banks will figure it out. Not that I'm going to hold my breath on that count.
