After having come close to being hospitalized for food poisoning over the weekend (NOT the way I’d been hoping to celebrate my birthday, BTW), taking on food issues would seem to be a bit…uh, problematical. Nonetheless, I did get a kick out of Stephen Colbert taking the new KFC Heart Attack In A Paper Wrapper Double Down Sandwich out for a test drive. A week ago, I might have been willing to follow suit. Now, I’m feeling the need to be good to my tummy, so my enjoyment of this nutritional nightmare will remain vicarious.
