I tend to think of myself as a fairly adventurous eater, and while that may be true in some instances, the reality is that I have some pretty-well defined culinary boundaries. This is one of the reasons I enjoy watching Andrew Zimmern’s “Bizarre Foods” so much. He goes to gastronomic places I could never dream of forcing myself, and I get to enjoy it vicariously. I do find it comforting, though, to recognize that even Zimmern feels the need to draw his own line…at eating human flesh.
Yeah…that seems like a pretty good place to draw a line in the sand, don’tchathink??
