My neighbor, Ian Mackintosh, in addition to being a phenomenally gifted musician who’s teaching me how to play the guitar, is also a talented cook who enjoys cooking for me. Last night it was “Beer Butt Chicken”, and yes, those are pictures of a roasted chicken with a beer can suppository.
