Oregon City Police Peeping Tom for the Second Time.
On November 4, 2011, at 12:03 am, Oregon City Police Officers arrested Anthony Michael Johnson (dob: 09-20-82) for two counts each of Invasion of Personal Privacy and Criminal Trespass II, at an apartment complex, located at 750 Cascade Avenue.
A female occupant at apartment #114 reported seeing what she thought was a male suspect, looking into her bedroom window masturbating. Officers arrived and quietly started canvassing the apartment complex, looking for the suspect. One officer saw a male figure, looking into the bedroom window of apartment #101—he appeared to the officer to be masturbating. When the officer called to the man, he raised his arms and his zipper was undone.
An officer asked Mr. Johnson what he was doing and he said, “nothing good.”
Police identified the male as Anthony Johnson, who they had arresed on June 30, 2011, in the area of Pleasant Avenue in Oregon City, doing the same thing at another apartment complex. This case was released to the media and several stories were done on Mr. Johnson.
