It’s the Prime Directive of Conservative pundits: if you can’t win an argument based on the facts, thou must engage in cheap, self-righteous personal insults forthwith. Sanda Fluke’s speech had the panties of the Right’s Pundits All-Stars in a gawdawful collective wad.
It’s one thing to disagree with Fluke’s point of view, but when your argument is to ridicule her, your ideas suck. plain and simple. If the best you can do is to engage in junior-high-level personal insults, you might just have a career as a Conservative pundit.
This is what happens when small minds take on someone whose arguments they can’t even begin to hope to refute.
