Aggie Ring Day: A tradition worth recognizing

(click graphic to enlarge)

Yesterday was Ring Day at Texas A & M University. I’m not an Aggie, and I don’t share the school uber-Conservative ethos, but I’ve know a fair number of Aggies in my time, enough to know that Ring Day is an honored tradition. While I don’t have much in common with the Aggie community, I do admire tradition and their commitment to it. With that in mind, I offer a tip of the hat to those who received their rings yesterday.

May y’all escape Texas soon and discover what life is like outside the bubble. ;-)
